What started as a summer job making copies turned into a 14-year journey in design and problem-solving. Ashton has worn a lot of hats over the years-graphic designer, web designer, admin, and all-around fixer. At the Springfield office, she juggles creative projects and office operations, making sure everything runs smoothly for both the team and clients.

Outside of work, Ashton enjoys spending time outdoors, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and getting lost in a good book. She and her boyfriend Josh live in their hometown, Sherman, IL with their mini australian shepherd Reba.
